1.1. Clean up Quarantined Items

To clean up any items in your quarantine you will need to open Sophos Endpoing Security and Control,

1. Start > all programs> sophos> sophos endpoint security and control
2. Select: "Quarantine"
3. Check all items and select "Perform action" > Clean up

Note: If the "Perform action" is grayed out, you will need to contact the technology office for clean up.
